Customer Responsibilities:

• Conduct your fundraising campaign during the identified 3-week start and end dates
• 50% is due upon the order date with the balance due 5 days following the end date
• Communicate with and require a signature from participant’s parents
• Notify DennyMike’s immediately if there are any changes in your start date
• No Product Returns

DennyMike’s Responsibilities:

• Provide Products to be picked up at our warehouse 2 weeks from the Order Date
• Guaranteed 45% profit when Product is sold at $6 per item.
• We will guarantee the purchase price of $39 per case of 12.
• Product sold in full case lots only
• 50% of the order is due when the order is placed.
• Balance is due within 5 days from the end date
• The first order must be paid in full before additional 3 weeks of selling time is available.
• Our recommended first order is for 2 cases of each product with more product readily available to pick up once payment has been received.

By completing the Contract details and submitting the above form (or printed version via fax or mail), you agree to uphold your responsibilities as listed above and are committed to conducting a fundraiser through DennyMike’s Sauces & Seasonings.
