Mesquit-O Madness Sauce

Ahhh… a little play on the ever present Maine state bird! We’ve given this sauce a nice smoky touch by enhancing it with some genuine mesquite powder for a touch of the open-fire flavor of the Chisholm Trail. Great for all meats and especially wild game, and particularly awesome added to your BBQ beans.

Use spairingly while cookin' and generously while eatin'. Enjoy!
