Ingredients

  1. 2 ripe avocados
  2. 1 small tomato, seeded, skinned and chopped
  3. 1 small Serrano pepper, minced
  4. 1 lime, juiced
  5. 1 scallion, sliced
  6. 1–2 garlic cloves, chopped
  7. 2 tsp cilantro, chopped
  8. 2 Tbsp DM Carolina-Style sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl remove flesh of avocados and mash coarsely.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix keeping it chunky.
  3. Serve with tortillas, on tacos, as a side or with a poached egg on avocado toast.
